As executive chef, Jones has enriched the menu selection of the on-site Bohemian Bar and Grill with his extensive knowledge and unique cooking techniques. He has been able to provide an artistic cuisine that is parallel to the ambiance of the property.
Jones’ expertise derives from his training in London, England, where he studied with world-renowned chefs. Jones gained noteworthy experience overseas as sous chef at The Criterion and also served as head chef of The Titanic. Jones also served as executive chef of Disney Cruise Lines ship, The Wonder, head chef of Bluebird restaurant, chef de cuisine at Tonic in Rochester, N.Y., Simon Kitchen and Bar at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, executive sous chef at Mix Restaurant and Lounge at Mandalay Bay, executive sous chef for Fulton’s Crab House, executive sous chef at Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Studios and chef de cuisine at Walt Disney World’s EPCOT Resort.
