Born and raised in New Orleans, LA., Chef Zachary Martin's hometown roots have influenced his innovative culinary creations and his modern approach to classic cuisine. Chef Zack's techniques and talents have been fine-tuned through mentoring by the royalty of new-age giants such as Emeril Lagasse and Bernard.
In 2003, Chef Zack joined The Kessler Collection. Through his tremendous talent, artful displays and creative cuisine, he has earned numerous awards; Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence," Florida Trend's "500 Best Places to Dine," Orlando Business Journal and Orlando Magazine's "Best Of" awards, "Fine Dining Hall of Fame," and has been recognized by Restaurant News. Chef Zack most recently served as the Executive Chef at Bohemian Hotel Savannah Riverfront's Rocks on the River restaurant.
