Chef Brenchley brings more than 18 years of culinary experience through his French culinary education from ’Ecole des Beaux Artes and Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando, Fla., his techniques and talents bring a fresh perspective to Bohemian Hotel Celebration and an innovative approach to classic cuisine.
After completing numerous internships and apprentice opportunities with respected chefs, Brenchley was appointed to executive chef of two award-winning restaurants in Indianapolis, Ind., where is stayed for nine years. Upon completing his time in Indiana, Brenchley relocated to Orlando, Fla. and joined Walt Disney World’s culinary leadership team where his vast knowledge and experience helped to advance the operations of a number of restaurant projects. Brenchley has been featured in leading news such as – Food and Wine Magazine, Midwest Living, Saveur and USA Today, as well as, hosting a weekly radio program “Chef Talk.”
Most recently, Chef Brenchley served as the director of culinary development for The Kessler Collection’s corporate office where he was responsible for all food and beverage related projects within the brand and throughout all 10 properties.
