Celebration Hotel Joins Lincoln's Nationwide Savor the Dream Tour CELEBRATION, FL (June 28, 2007) – The AAA Four-Diamond Celebration Hotel, a Kessler Collection property, announces its participation in the nationwide Lincoln Savor the Dream Tour - a five-day culinary and Lincoln test-driving event - happening at Market Street in Celebration, FL from June 30 - July 4, 2007. Celebration Hotel's own Executive Chef DeJuan Roy will be showcasing and providing samples of some of his specialty dishes on Tuesday, July 3rd every hour from 2 p.m. - 8 p.m.    During his presentation, Chef DeJuan will demonstrate and distribute recipes for the hotel's popular Filet Mignon Eggroll, Spicy crab and vegetable summer rolls, Orangewood smoked BBQ pork with pickles, Yellow tomato gazpacho with rock shrimp and blue tortillas, Duck breast escabeche salad, Crab-stuffed squash blossoms with pineapple beurre blanc and vanilla oil and Sesame-seared ahi tuna and watermelon skewers with wasabi and citrus juice.
